Our History

Located on the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay next to Dewey Destin's Seafood Restaurant enjoy the best emerald views that Destin has to offer. Our little snoball deck is perched overlooking the best summertime sunset and gorgeous Crab Island.

A snoball is a New Orleans confection made with finely shaved ice and flavored cane sugar syrup. Commonly confused with the snow cone, the ice of a sno-ball is fine and fluffy-like snow; while a snow cone's ice is coarse, crunchy, and granular. Moreover, in a snow cone the flavored syrup sinks to the bottom of the cup; while in a snoball the ice absorbs the syrup leaving every bite tasting just as sweet as the first!

Snoballs are a seasonal treat as they are generally sold only from roughly March to October. They are vended from "sno-ball stands" throughout the south.

Dewey Destin's Snoballs makes all of our syrups in-house using 100% Louisiana can sugar and the best flavor concentrates that New Orleans has to offer.
